Mae Fah Luang Foundation. The Mae Fah Luang Foundation under Royal Patronage, a private non-profit organization, was established to help carry out development activities initiated by Her Royal Highness The Princess Mother. Most of the work of the Mae Fah Luang Foundation has been centred in Chiang Rai, the northernmost province of the country. Among the major activities of the Mae Fah Luang Foundation are supervision and coordination of the Doi Tung Development Project.
